At Springbok Domestic Build, we know that for a small UK construction firm, the paperwork can weigh as much as the bricks. That is why we have made it our job to assemble a complete, tidy, and traceable workpack for every domestic project we take on.
Operating as part of SPRINGBOK CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, we do not do the physical building itself. Instead, we come in after the trades have packed up, and we turn the loose ends of a job into a single, organised folder: signed forms, site notes, inspection records, material receipts, and any correspondence that matters.
We work from local records only. You send us your day books, your phone photos, your WhatsApp threads, and your council letters. We sort, label, and cross-reference them, then hand you back a digital and printed file that an inspector, a solicitor, or a future buyer can pick up and understand in minutes.
We serve builders, plumbers, electricians, and project managers across the UK. No two jobs look alike, so we tailor each workpack to the type of work, the local authority, and the level of detail you need. We do not use templates that pretend every site is the same.
You stay in control the whole way through. We send you a draft for checking, you ask for changes, and we only finalise the pack once you are certain it reflects the real story of your project. That way, the file in the drawer is as honest as the work on site.
